Under construction This was a very quick study. Sessions and deliverable turnaround took place over two weeks. we gathered injection experienced and naive participants. Each participant came in and worked with myself as the moderator and facillitator of a survey and task based usability study. The tasks asked participants to work with the product in conjunction with the smart phone device and rate their experience. They also provided feedback from personal experience as well as their experience with the product during the session. One problem we faced was keeping the products organized based on user group. We lost one product and spent an additional 3hrs at our facility searching, organizing, putting away and searching again. From that i learned to organize as you go so at the end of the night you aren't leaving at 10:30 at night when having to be back in 8 hrs.
